“The After-Show Café”
Exmples of the sessions held after each of our Thursday and Sunday performances at the Central Square Theatre in Cambridge, MA
Audience members often say CRAVINGS: Songs of Hunger and Satisfaction brings up warm memories of cooking, eating and family celebrations, as well as thoughts about our insatiable urges to consume. To embrace and enhance this feeling of community and connection, on Thursdays and Sundays after the show, there will be an After Show Café where invited culinary and cultural experts will share their thoughts on the implications and images aroused by the show. There will also be an opportunity for audience members to share their own responses with the artists and with each other.
